To register with the order, you must have the following elements:

• Handwritten request addressed to the President of the Order
• Legalized copy of diplomas (BAC, Doctorate, specialty diploma)
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Certificate of registration or membership card with the Order of Physicians in the country of origin or last place of practice (for expatriates)
• Residence card for expatriates except CEMAC countries
• Certificate of Nationality
• Excerpt from criminal record less than three months old
• Medical certificate less than 3 months old
• Two (2) ID photos Registration rate
• Nationals: Thirty-two thousand (32,000) CFA francs
• Expatriates: Fifty seven thousand (57,000) CFA francs
• Request for approval Fifty seven thousand (57,000) CFA francs from doctors working for NGOsAnnual contribution rate
• To be honored before June 30 otherwise penalty of 20% of the respective rates.
• Nationals: Forty two thousand (42,000) CFA francs
• Expatriates: One hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) CFA franc ACCOUNT NUMBER 37100514901-41 National Order of Physicians of Chad at CBT Bank
