Contribution

• a) The amount of contributions is set by Congress. The contribution is annual and obligatory for any practitioner practicing in Chad for at least six (6) months of the current year.
• b) All practitioners must pay their contribution no later than June 30 of the current year.
• c) After this period, an increase of twenty percent of the annual rate will be imposed on the person concerned. ARTICLE 50: a/ Any participation of a representative of the ONMT BE in an activity that could involve the life of the ONMT must respect the spirit of article 39 or be the subject of a consensual decision of the office executive. b / The office is required to inform the national council during the extraordinary or ordinary session to obtain its approval. ARTICLE 51: The representative of the ONMT BE in an activity where he receives bonuses or salaries is required to pay 10% into the ONMT fund. ARTICLE 52: The representative of the ONMT BE at an activity or institution is required to make a report to the executive office. In the event that this participation exceeds 6 months, the representative must make a quarterly report to the office.
